Oats are high in dietary fibre, rich in Vitamin E and provide a whole host of healthy properties, assisting in lowering blood cholesterol, aid in the control of blood glucose and insulin levels, and have been said to reduce high blood pressure.

Golden Linseed

Linseed, also known as flaxseed, is the richest source of omega 3 essential fatty acids. It is perfect for vegetarian and vegan diets. Linseed, or flaxseed, has a pleasant, nutty flavour and can be sprinkled on cereals, into yoghurts, and smoothies.


Organic green whole lentils are versatile, quick cooking and hold their shape well once cooked but are also mashed or pureed easily. Lentils have been an important staple food for over 8,000 years and are a delicious addition to soups, stews and salads.


Organic chickpeas have a mild nutty flavour and are great for hummus, soups, curries, salads & pasta dishes. Chickpeas are mild in flavour and keep their unique round shape when cooked, adding flavor and texture to a range of dishes.
